Sorah Quraish - Verses Number 4

لِإِيلَافِ قُرَيْشٍ ( 1 )

For the accustomed security of the Quraysh -

إِيلَافِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاءِ وَالصَّيْفِ ( 2 )

Their accustomed security [in] the caravan of winter and summer -

فَلْيَعْبُدُوا رَبَّ هَٰذَا الْبَيْتِ ( 3 )

Let them worship the Lord of this House,

الَّذِي أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍ ( 4 )

Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear.

Concept of God in IslamIts author said in the introduction, "It is a known fact that every language has one or more terms that are used in reference to God and sometimes to lesser deities.
